    Mak is right though, just a markert calmer of an announcemet, It was 2.30pm and the sold 30mill..
    Just enough to lead the market from 6 to 7 imo
    It does however dangle the juicy contract to be signed by BIG & gov... How long have we heard that...

    SOme folks may have to cool therfe heels for a while!!
