aaah well. Short term bad. medium-long term good. Why it took the FRIB months to make the obvious decision shows how piss-weak they really are. Holders (myself included) will just have to place faith in LYC board to obtain new funding. I'll buy more if LYC tanks bigtime tomorrow.
