Go read some of their announcements and understand what they do instead of guessing - please!

In simple terms, they have a box that provides secure throughput from the public domain into the private domain of a customer (think defence then any other large organisation that requires such a service). The box is a minimum 12 months ahead of anything else in the market (according to management).

Senetas has a fantastic opportunity to establish market share in the USA.

That's why the bought the company (CTAM).

I'd be amazed if this was not good news - this company has a product and they have a unique value proposition.

HRD are potentially in a similar position - with its secure repository product - defence use it hear and in the USA. What usually wins in the defence space has enormous commercial appeal in the real world
