I have been critical from the moment the CR was announced.

I do not have suggestions for who replaces the board, but with a resource of this calibre, it shouldn't be too hard to find an appropriately experienced team.

The expectation I have is for the board to be considered in their planning, strategic in their actions and transparent in their motives.

As complex as this project is, there is a body of work that has been completed that represents a sound plan for going to production.

I know people will ask "if the plan is so good, why get rid of the people who created it". My answer to that is "because planning and execution are different disciplines."

Building a company, and a public one at that, has expectations from investors around accountability, integrity and transparency. I would say many holders here (and I know they are a small subset of the whole register, but still representative of a large portion of the register) believe the social contract expected of the board and management have been broken multiple times.

This isn't a witch hunt, these concerns and the situation the company finds itself in are valid.

The fall out will be short term, but the benefits of installing a new board with the experience to progress the project and act with the interests of holders at heart is a decisive and strategic action that sends a clear message to the market, and expectation for the new team.

People wouldn't be "calling for blood" if they felt the board and managers were doing the right thing.
