    yes i agree but please consider the below and correct me if not possible...

    Assuming the go no go "decision" is the "Farmers" not MEOs, does the potential "farmer" have until the 30th to respond to MEO?...If so, could MEO then request, on the 30th once in receipt of the decision, a trading holt pending announcement +2days??....
