I should imagine if they do need to issue the shares from resolutions 5 and 6 that they would both be issued at the same time.

Even if all of the shares are issued there would still only be 157 million including all of the current options.

I think that there would be some short term pain from the issue but the future would then be much more certian, as the market needs certainty.

Once the finance is out of the way, the future is so bright, I'll have to wear shades.
