    i have done some thinking about the potential for a cap raising.

    could you elaborate why you believe it is a certainty now? i would beg to differ considering the terms of the hybrid securities (they still equal 90.1% of capital even if there are adjustments prior to conversion).

    could be wrong, happy to hear input from others on this...
