In a nut shell :
*VMT own the factory and manufacturing licence.
* they have a 50/50 JV with Super Soco which leases the factory and manufactures Vmoto and Super Soco branded products.
* Vmt have distribution rights to their own brands world wide and Super Soco products everywhere except China.
* Super Soco and their shareholder Xaomi distribute the Super Soco products in China.
* VMT and Super Soco collaborate on R & D
* VMT also use an international design company to work with VMT's B2B customers to improve the design of their EMAX delivery products
