Shell only get the remaining liquids IF nxs start producing prior to 2021. If the liquids have not been touched prior to that date, nexus retain ALL the liquids.
In many ways it is better for nxs to just leave crux until after 2021 and they will do so if they can't get into production within the next 2-3years and extract the majority (80-90%) of the liquids before 2021.
On the other hand they may be able to renegotiate the deal so that both liquids and gas are extracted at the same time with no deadline
