With regards to the overvalued take, I disagree wholeheartedly there. Imo they have a high likelihood of success given the historical data, assay results from their drilling program (yet to be announced but indicated to be very successful in recent interview), AISC, copper credit and the management team. (T20 is rock solid also judging by the last indication)
Not to mention, other explorers being targeted for M&A with lesser fundamentals vs MM8 just recently (taken over at triple MM8's MC).
Hard to say what the next price catalyst will be but one catalyst could be the market actually waking up to what MM8 have here and realizing the scalability (especially with the latest results from Meridian). Their PFS at double the resource size would be sensational.
For now, happy to wait and let the pieces fall into place.
