I believe this raise is appropriate for the upcoming milestone we are all anticipating. That will put huge amount of pressure on our expansion requirements, when commercial orders come in at volume, and we are strapped for cash post the Eagle Audio acquisition. I also understand there are some acquisitions being considered, as they had mentioned, so good to be prepared for those as well.

I have never said I'm happy with the price point of the raise but there is only dilution if you don't participate in the rights issue. That's your choice...
