Why does Oliver use the 1992 low?
Maybe because it works or maybe that's all the data he has and you could ask wht doesn't he use 1987 or 1982 or 1974 lows.
The 1992 low was the end of the 5 year bear from 1987. 62 months of course as per my cycle. It wasn't the lowest point after the 1987 top but was the end of the 4th wave IMO.
My dynamic low for SPI today is 4663 but doesn't mean it can't go lower, only more dangerous for shorts below that most of the time.
