ASIC can't handle the big ticket items that really have serious effect but they can annoy and make work for every little co director in the country with new D.I.N.'s (dir ID no's) to control illegal activity by about 1% of Phoenix co directors. (Who will circumvent it anyway like shorters).
ASIC are about as handy as a pocket in a singlet run by someone poached from overseas and granted a gift of $118,000 to get advice on their own personal tax affairs. Really?
They reckon we don't need a Federal ICAC, the NSW one is showing up just how much we poor old investors and taxpayers get swindled by those in authority?
Been very quiet on the ASM front, but is a sleeping giant. They own a large parcel of land nearby south of Toongi, One would not be surprised to see a massive solar farm there in time with a commercial quantity of sheep shaded grazing underneath..If you were to do some research and determine the massive exhorbitant income generated from solar co payments in annual,lease fees there is nearly more money in that than rare earths!!!! (There is something wrong with the $$$ being paid, it is way too much and all overseas companies in the field, something smells woofy there too???). Apart from that the power generated to run a processing plant and facilities at Toongi would be another forward thinking move by such a brilliant Aussie company as ASM. Would not be in the least surprised if mgmt went down that path.
