Thought I'd cycle back around to the facts since LC mentioned in September that she was waiting on just 3 remaining events to close out the trial. The last last patient was Jan 21 and median survival suggests the results are nigh. The only stats we have on the primary end point was the AACR conference in April. OS HR was 0.418 and not statistically significant, ie can't rule out the result was simply by chance. Of the 14 on HerVaxx, 4 had passed away and 10 had left the trial for unknown reasons (not from toxicity). Of the 13 on SOC, 8 had died and 5 had left the trial. Some months later there was an update however no further information on OS and the PFS HR moved from 0.532 to 0.71 and included the 80% confidence interval of 1.0 (ie no difference between the groups at 80%). Not long after it was decided to raise funds for 3 additional phase II trials to examine the effects of HerVaxx plus PD1 and PD1-L. IMU were encouraged by the results.

This is a stock forum and this is not financial advice however I'm putting a view on the table that IMU will be a lot cheaper in the coming weeks (but thanks for the 20+ bags anyway!).
