DIRECTORS REMUNDATION REPORT FY 2021

Ask shareholders to read fully this report and review the total of $2.698.537 mix of directors salaries an share appreciation rights

FY 2020 total was $695,994 (Same 4 members )

A $2m increase in one year . one of my questions at this AGM will be how is this justifiable ? We spent about $4.5m on exploration
and directors received $2.698m

Why such a huge increase payment to Directors the Companies activities have not changed KAI is an early stage explorer has been since 2017
under this management in the Pilbrara. we have not made a big discovery as yet ??

I have a Shareholding in CAE ( near neighbour to KAI ) and reviewed their Remundation report (worth a read for comparsion purposes)
They will be production next year and directors the CEO And CFO combined total of 7 paid less than 2 mill.
and they employ outside consultants to set rates... KAI specifally states in their report they dont do this the directors set them themselves.

Not saying we dont have good prospects ..but we need to make this management accountable i think
