I agree that a sell off like this probably doesn't make a lot of sense given that nothing has realy changed. The announcement is 3-4 weeks away....well three or four weeks ago MOE was trading around this price anyway.

What I don't like, and I am obviously not alone here, is that I dont appreciate a management that can't stick to it's own timelines, and that it allows the selling off of shares before a trading halt.

IF this is the case, it would be reasonable to ALLEDGE that the company contravenes strict and clear laws with regards to insider trading. If insider trading has occured due to a leak, then who is accountable? It's a bit of a no brainer really. It is not in MEO's interests to deal with it's shareholders this way. It destroys trust in the company.

I still believe that little has changed and that a month or so delay is nothing to get too worried about, so I hold. But I will hold short term only. forget future prospects, a company that makes promises it can't keep are not worth any loyalty.

Good luck holders. I still believe there are good times ahead.

    E :)
