The focus in Monday's release wil be Rathbone's commentry re Shinochem. I expect he will tell us that due diligence has been completed (afterall its now 8 weeks since it began) and that Shinochem must declare their intentions very soon. It is artificial to have a comnpany under month after month of scrutiny without a decision being made. i expect Shinochem know this and hopefully by wednesday a decision (one way or the other) is announced. NUF has co-operated fully with Shinochem. We need to hear their answer.
