greta is showing one thing and one thing only --------------- passion


she's got the anger of the young - and, that's a good thing - it's a discomfort - a discomfort that will mean that she and her like will want change

that's the job of humans - change --

adaptation is what has made us survive


they'll find ways ---------- many will fail, some will succeed --

that's normal -

the big difference in the future will be AI - we will have logic involved much more than before ------- where emotion ruled the roost

will it be better?? I do not know.

What I do know is that we will need passionate people thinking about things.


Frankly from what I get as the general thrust of the Gretas of the world is that ------------- we make a mess and we are wasteful and that's not good

things like - she doesn't go the fashion thing - wears old stuff -


geesus ---------- that's a pretty dammed good idea in my book

I have to say that I'd be happier to meet someone with such things at heart than some new clothes, new shoes, lipstick wearing person whose life purpose is visiting any fashion shops they can get -

someone who thinks as opposed to some brainless shallow out of work hunter gatherer who has fallen into the instinct of shopping


our way of life is obnoxious in reality - we show no respect for the planet

if we have some 'nutty' people like Greta who are pissed off by that - even if they have part of the story wrong ------

then, I'm happy to hear they are standing up and shouting
