Yes, I'm sure you are right and I humbly bow to your much greater depth and breadth of experience. Except for a physical Silver ETF, I only invest in high risk/reward companies and as some of them have started to fail, the convertible note seems to be part of the dive at that end of the market.
I and happy to hear about positives regarding cn's and am optimist that a positive shift of gears will come.
