Why dont people buy the SSMR at 8 (or so) and then pay an additional 38 to get SSM for 46 rather than buy SSM on market for 48-49? I dont understand why the pricing differential between the rights and the shares persists?
I sold my shares at 50 and my rights at 11 but am thinking of buying some rights as a cheap entry into the shares.
