Yes i agree with don_. Management would have needed to allow LYC to trade so as to find it's level in the current market in order to set a price for a rights issue or spp.
imho Management are now trying to raise funds as a stop gap to cover ongoing costs in order to buy time to woo suitors or arrange other capital to fund the project.
Just a shame.....so much promise, now more waiting and what to do will become very much clearer late next week???
