You own 25 % of Sayona Quebec .......The off-take was signed 5 months before you could have even know that that would have been successful. And that's probably why you scurried off ALL quickly to convert your notes in June when you finally knew you were going to be ' officially ' apart of it. Doesn't change the fact that the Off-take and the Legal ' Intent ' of the off-take was for Authier and Tansim ONLY. VOID .....and unless you want to start talking about a different off-Take for NAL's spodumene.
Irrespective , you won't be ready to receive spod by 2024 and therefore it is my opinion that it would be pointless in ' Ratifying ' the contract and signing an official ' Delivery ' date which the Off-take was subject to in the first place.
