You guys need to realise a cap raising will not happen in the very short term.

The legal ramifications would be enourmous.

Just remember the class action that is sitting there is essentially for non-disclsure.

It would only take a wiff of instos doing a soft sounding for the proverbial to hit the fan.

Would the directors PI pay out in this case? Me thinks not as directors would have needed to ok a soft sounding for a cap raising, and would have essentially been lying.

I would imagine that type of thing would lead to criminal as well as civil charges.
