Wont see many instils shorting it there is no volume to enter and exit the position. not worth their time.
I'm shifting to a hold from buy pending result of the cap raise.
Re the cash receipts comment, one would expect that at least 1/3 of the sales from the prior quarter (1/3 of $7.7m = $2.56m) are cash receipts this quarter (1m trading terms with say Dan Murphy's). Then 2/3 of this quarters revenue (so 2/3 of $3.8m = $2.5333) - Add them together and we get $5.1m of cash receipts expected, vs $5.8 (the $700k is really just error in the high level assumption, Maybe July had more revenue as proportion for the quarter).....
I agree with your comments on general expenses controls etc.
My main disappointment is why spend money on advertising if they didn't have the stock available to fill the orders...
Way I see it is this is a false start and a costly one - hence cap raise at circa all time lows...
This will form a new base and the market will be spooked for 12m waiting to see some sustainable revenue numbers and growth.
