Last time I check the Administrators have not given further advice on the settlement date other than the last revised timetable which had contracts signed end of August and settlement end of September. But I have been watching all of Navigators releases which has the initial funding for the purchase of Bronzewing stitched up but are still after more funds to get it up into production again. I have no reason to doubt that settlement will occur by Wednesday next week.
