Long way to go to get ultimate success so, for the moment, IMU is just a highly successful Biotech spec company.
Well, we should not use the "cure" terminology too often but if IMU can come close to that then CF33 may be the 2020's version of penicillin.
At the moment I will balance natural skepticism and enthusiastic excitement in balance. That could well change in 12 months time
