No, mate. Without them there would be no SMN.
I have been a shareholder since 2004 & know the history. In 2008 the shares traded as low as $0.001.
The company exists today, courtesy of Mike Reveley & Toby Chandler & having met them I was suitably impressed, particularly with Toby.
Toby had nothing to do with the originally proposed capital raise.
