Just wondering, can you file class action against a company that under promise and overdeliver? It's the same principle, if you do not meet guidance it means you misled investors and should compensate them. Don't see why you can't punish a company for the upgrades same as for downgrades. That way investors never lose. Price goes down you are compensated, price go up you are compensated even more
