Just noting how quickly another company has taken up LUM's ex-tenement Annabele. It borders Rubicon Resources land. No exploration had occured on the LUM land. Have LUM got a focus or are they just willy-nilly rolling from one chunk of land to another, and from one continent to another?
Corporate governance of this company is woeful, as I proved a few months ago in Hotcopper, and LUM management taking LUM shareholders for a ride, is another one of their magnificent traits, with them allocating hundreds of millions of oppies and nothing to themselves, as well as Daws buying shares in the company shortly before the re-organisation and acquisition of further tenements, as well as while LUM hadn't even announcement market sensitive information including the disposal of other tenements.
Pretty hard to trust LUM management based on their performance over the past year. I guess it can only improve, can't it Fridge?
