rare earth stocks resume their advances

Fellows rare earth stocks listed on overseas markets have resumed their advances going against the trend

In Canada overnight the CAC was down almost 0.5% yet the leading rare earth stocks on the Toronto brouse resumed their advance finishing higher:-

Avalon Rare Earths finished at 3.78 Euros up 0.17 Euros for a 4.71% gain

Rare Element Resources finished at 3.83 Euros up 0.11 Euros for a 2.96% gain

Fridays retracement by ARU was a near perfect 61.8% retracement of the move which commenced on 9 October 2009, also a nice Flag pattern has formed - watch for an upside breakout from here

Some other nice technicals coming together, Fridays low of $1.02 was a near perfect measured move down for an a-b-c minor Wave 2 down (of Intermediate Wave 3 up) Elliott Wave - my target from here is around $2

Expect the advance to resume soon
