This failed, Ive been following order numbers and the order numbers are slowing down not increasing. Once all their free vouchers were finished the platform has slowed.
They realized they needed more on offer - Here comes Kaddy. This would have obviously been in the long term plan to buy out an existing company as they know they have power being publicly listed.
Kaddy got an amazing offer that was hard to say no to. They keep their jobs and now get a pretty attractive package on top.
