Tried to edit post but got timed out. I have owned small companies (upto to 15 employees) and worked in the corporate arena. What stood out for me was that many corporate managers (of all levels) would not survive in their own business. They have never had to make decisions on the fact they are spending and/or investing their own hard earned cash. This is so important to me when investing my money for someone else to manage.
