At the start of this week I received a letter of communication from my eldest child's school (he's in high school). The letter was accompanied by a consent letter from the WA department of health asking for parents to sign and return by this Thursday (today) consenting to allowing the school to bus children to vaccination clinics and jab them with the covid jab. Parents need to be extremely concerned about this for the following reasons
1. There is no informed consent, or any information relating to informed consent provided in any shape or form with this letter and consent from. 2. Each of a childs parents have equal shared parental responsibility for that child under the eyes of the law for long term matters relating to medical. it specifically this in the Family Law Act 1975. 3. The consent form only provided for the signature of one parent so in the case of separated parents, if the parents have conflicting views this doesn't allow both parents to equally make the decision.
I emailed the school telling them my concerns and that the law isn't being followed and the response from the school that if one parent consents and one parent objects, they will consider it as consent and will bus the child off to be vaccinated.
Our government does not care about us or our children, multiple laws are now being broken and they couldn't give a rat's arse. Anyone who thinks this is about heath needs to go back and look at everything and form a critical view of what is exactly happening
