Quick rundown of today's presentation by GW. Since it was just after the Q update, the current info on timelines etc. still stands. Here's GW's broad view plus interesting tidbits from the Q&A.

Broadly speaking:

- Post-CDP development will be via commercial partnerships, with next major step being a 2,000-3,000tpa plant. They want to be ready with a plant to capitalise on markets emerging mid-decade, as corporate emissions plans bite;

- Towards end of decade, he expects strong demand. By then, they want to offer 10,000-20,000tpa plants, enabling integration with ammonia and ethanol production and large-scale utilities. (Longer-term, 20,000-50,000 tpa plants should rival SMR economics, as unit costs fall sharply with scale).

Interesting details:

- Uses of graphitic products: the familiar range incl. water purification and battery storage, but also... thermal energy storage, films and additives for electronics [is Hazer's single/multi-layer graphene finally seeing the light?], electrode materials for metals manufacturing [sounds like arc furnace electrodes, likely use for carbon micro shells];

- More than one of Hazer's potential partnerships is looking at ways to blend hydrogen and natural gas to make lower-carbon fuels, i.e. bringing hydrogen into the mix sooner while continuing to use existing infrastructure;

- Asked if Hazer was in discussions with Fortescue, GW blushed visibly and said, while they're not into dropping any names, they "know" the team.
