Yes indeed. If the ASX let it through it must be above board and no rules broken.
Doesnt mean I agree with it though. My issue is it just seems arbitraty. Why 30? Why not 50 or 80? Wheres the reasoning? It's irresponsible unless reasons can be given. If the actual adoption rate turns out to be in the teens or something, how would holders react? Why not just announce the development and thenw wait for actual uptake figures and then report those. And then wait for actual revenue and then report that so that investors can make informed decisions.
