Novonix has IP rights for DPMG, IP on Harper International Furnaces systems for manufacturing anode materials and soon IMO IP with Phillips 66 for producing the world's best synthetic feed stock.

Phillips 66 isn't in the position to just start making anode materials with their feedstock IMO, unless Novonix lease out their IP to them. It takes years of R&D and testing with suppliers to validate anode products, Phillips is too far behind for this if they wanted to start from scratch.

To me, it would look more like supply of Phillips 66 feedstock to Novonix to make synthetic graphite. The more Novonix can produce the better for Phillips 66 as a supplier of feedstock and also as Novonix's largest shareholder, its a win win for both companies.

Words mean things, "strategic investor" during the last CR, there is a reason Novonix has the following on the team:

- Andrew Liveris
- Jeff Dahn
- Emera Technologies
- Phillips 66
- Collaborations with Samsung SDI and Sanyo for next gen technology
- DALHOUSIE University R&D program

That list is going to continue to grow over the coming years into one of the largest materials suppliers out side of Asia.
