Mate, we live in democracy.
And I mean this in least offensive way and without intention of insulting anyone:
As much as people like to look through pink glasses at democracy, history is littered with oppression in democracy:
Be it against different races, women, different nationality, religion, poor people, etc,etc. List goes on and on.
It's the nature of democracy for majority to oppress those that are different to them.
So it'll be the case with people who don't want to take vaccine: They'll get ostracised by virtue of popular opinion and in democracy: politician that doesn't follow the whims of the popular opinion is dead politician.
If you're a nurse that doesn't want to be vaccinated: you're the same like boat people. Everyone will vote to keep you out. Simple as that. Democracy 101
