I'd suggest you to take a look at Azure Minerals, Andover project to be specific. Their grading is very good and they are not that far from Sherlock Bay.
I was under the impression that all your posts were based on some sorta research, but I was right and non of them are and were.
FYI, the grounds on Sherlock Bay was last tested in the early 2000s where the technology was shiitte as. With today's technology we should have great results.
Sherlock Bay has the potential to be in the same range as Azure (AZS)
PS: Keep bashing SBR while the smart money is accumulating.
