My understanding is that ADO would be somewhat limited in what they might be able to charge Ellume for anteobind in the new arrangements.
If a hypothetical company, for example, charged a customer $1 for a important component over an extended period, 5 years maybe, and the contract was up for renewal, they are not permitted to increase that to $10 and say take it or leave it (by legislation).
