You can defend his selling on behalf of him as you wish, but as a shareholder I won't.
Tax reasons? or god give me an example who is NOT quoting this "tax reason" to justify the selling?
More annoying is the volume and price: 75 millions @ 0.34, do you expect the market to pick this up nicely?
