Corrections on that : just to set the record straight...
a) When shut in by Nexen (BHP had previously sold its interest); Buffalo was capable of producing at 4000 bopd.
b) There were also operational reasons (like difficulty to restart production after a temporary shutdown due to lack of gas for gas-lift) that also contributed to shut-in & abandonment.
