Even an auditor's resignation can be price sensitive in a Notice of AGM Agenda as many smaller Australian audit firms might be considered independent in Australia but not in let's say the US if you are seeking a US listing.
I doubt Stantons (who are by the way well regarded in Australia) would qualify if a US listing was under consideration. We would need to appoint the OZ franchises of PWC , KPMG, Deloitte or some other
