Not sure, I'm not sure we can determine pay rates but we can replace the BOD and make our concern felt in the annual general meeting on the 30th Nov. I think our bigger concern isn't AR its the BOD, they are the ones that direct AR to do things so all AR is responsible for is making sure he fulfills the boards strategic goals.
