Here’s the theory I’m going with in the midst of all this madness. Wicks doesn’t know the approval process sits with KP and thinks because the big boss Scomo said no that he has the final say hence she’s so confident of non approval. Otherwise she would have to have a very close relationship with KP and I haven’t been able to find any evidence of that
