Lots of conditions to be satisfied with even more due diligence...a lot like the ChemChina thing in 2007 which they walked away from.....Sinochem are paying way too much for this at $13 given the trading outlook for the next 12 months & the horrible result.
If I was holding I'd jump on a sell if it gets anywhere near $13 today.
