And that is possibly the reason for the sell-off today.
Good news is often released early. Bad news is often announced as late as possible. That's just the way the market usually works, except when it doesn't work that way.
Was the selling just one or several people expecting a good announcement to be dropped this week, and as it didn't happen they wanted out? There thinking would be better to get around $1.90 today rather than where-ever the share price settles if the announcement is bad.
