Currently with a few shopping centres, the majors within (woolies/coles) are covering the payments etc, so therefore all the remaining shops within the complex have become cream in many cases.
So the loans are doing them job at present and why many many see them as undervalued.
Very easy to get finance in that department at present when loans pay for themselves and some :)))
