Mate, I have been doing this like, for eons - and STILL learning.
Get some good posters eg Silv - and think carefully about what they are saying and why and do a bit of research, etc.
With IVR, my research (been in this like for eons) said this is a stock with substance but subject to POS for its ups and downs (to date) - so depending on your view about the ups and downs you can keep a portion locked up and trade the others.
