I may interpreted incorrectly, but so far, just as you
suggested, i also think this US patent fits perfectly as a price sensitive announcement, and certainly has a degree of material benefit added to the companys intellectual property asset.
the only problem here seems to be the timing of announcement. If its was announced right after the patent issue date, ASX will have no problem with it.
Not sure if i understand the situation correctly. Please correct me if anyone has more knowledge on this.
