agree, it’s time to end the negativity. What’s current management good at? They’ve done extraordinarily well in picking up great assets like the tin, and our WA tenements. From what I read here, our MD is a very good geo. So maybe revisit my original idea: spin the tin into a new IPO with its own focused management and then current management can get in with what they do well; finding high quality assets. They could get drilling on our WA tenements with the cash we have now and hopefully find some new ones. Meanwhile the newco has raised enough cash in its IPO to get the cut down version up and running and away we go. Dilution would only be the amount of cash raised in the IPO. A full in specie distribution.
an IPO with the worlds largest undeveloped tin deposit, with experienced management in moving from resource to production, would get up easily imho.
then everyone’s happy.
